Schiedam-based company to remain visible on the shirts next season

NICOVERKEN and Sparta Rotterdam have reached an agreement to extend their co-sponsorship. As a result, the Schiedam-based family business will appear on the back of Sparta Rotterdam’s shirts for the eighth consecutive season. This makes NICOVERKEN the company that has had its name associated with the Kasteelclub’s shirt for the longest period.

The Schiedam-based company operates internationally in the fields of ship repair, marine equipment and filling & packaging. Brothers Erik and Jeroen van Krugten are looking forward to the new season:
“Our return to the Eredivisie last season was a great experience. Although the season was not completed, this does not take away from the positive feeling we have, both from a business and sporting perspective. Despite the uncertain times many companies are facing, we are already looking forward to another Eredivisie season and are proud to have been able to promote our company on the most beautiful shirt in the Netherlands for so many years.”

Dave van der Meer, Commercial Manager at Sparta, is pleased with the contract extension:
