Since 1999, Michel had been part of the Nicoverken family. For more than 25 years, he dedicated himself with commitment, craftsmanship and loyalty to his work as a service engineer. Over the years, he grew into a true figurehead of our family business. Working on engines, on vessels anywhere in the world, was his great passion.

For our customers, he was a familiar and trusted presence. With Michel on board, the job would always get done. For his colleagues, he was someone you could rely on. He generously shared his knowledge, not only with his son Gino, who followed in his father’s footsteps, but also with the younger members of our team.

With his powerful voice and distinctive personality, known to many by his nickname “Decibel”, he left a lasting impression within our company.

We are deeply saddened by his passing. Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends and loved ones.

Rest in peace, Michel.
